Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervising of internal administration and establishment matters.

  • Compose answers to parliamentary questions, preparation of cabinet memorandums and duties relevant to consultative committee meetings of the Parliament

  • Carry out activities relevant to recruitments and recruitment procedures

  • Duties pertinent to the organization structure and maintain staff data of the Ministry

  • Updating personal files of the employees at Ministry and activities relevant to appointments, transfers, promotions, retirements and disciplinary procedures.

  • Handling and monitoring of attendance, loans, OT and travelling of the staff.

  • Repairing and maintenance of officefurniture and equipment.

  • Handling oftransport section.
